Green Bonds

Green debt securities are important vectors in the energy transition to a low-carbon economy, as financial resources are directed towards specific projects. Such projects should bring positive impacts to the environment, helping to combat climate change.

Since 2020, BOCOM BBM has coordinated the issuance of six Green Bonds and one Sustainable Bond, including CRAs and debentures, totaling R$1.4 billion. The emissions were carried out based on the evaluation of the sectors in which these companies operate, with external certification of the sustainability behaviors adopted by each of them.
