Diversity Committee

The creation of the Diversity Committee represents another step in building a work environment that respects differences and generates development opportunities for all.

Its objective is to promote initiatives that increase the recruitment and promotion to leadership positions of underrepresented groups, ensuring conditions so that everyone can reach their productive potential.

Affinity Groups

The Diversity Committee acts strategically with awareness-raising, training, professional development, and corporate visibility initiatives based on contributions from two affinity groups: the existing WE – Women Engagement and the new Ethnicity and Race/Color Affinity Group.

 

WE – Women Engagement is an affinity group dedicated to promoting the development, representation, and empowerment of women. Its goal is to foster an equitable work environment by offering initiatives that support career progression, expand spaces for dialogue, and contribute to corporate practices aligned with gender equality. The COR – Collective of Race is an affinity group focused on advancing the racial inclusion agenda, fostering new opportunities, professional development, and increased representation in the corporate environment. The COR works to strengthen awareness, structured development programs, and inclusive organizational practices. With this affinity group, the Bank consolidates its commitment to diversity and respect.
